This intensive course has been very successful with our clients who initially suggested it to us. We have concentrated all of our experience into this four-hour course. We find this course very popular with senior management teams who do not have time to attend one or two day courses. The course is often a mixture of troubleshooting and consultancy. We do not have a fixed agenda but ask delegates to send us the areas they want covered ahead of time to ensure the course is 100% relevant to them. As confidentiality is assured any issue is open for discussion and suggestions. We do not use legal jargon or quote Government websites or use flow charts, we tell you what works in our experience. We consider minimizing management time to be very important and provide practical common sense solutions.
